The Turkish nationalist political party “Vatan” calls for the recognition of Crimea as the territory belonged to Russia. The statement of the president of USA Joseph Biden, who described the events of the beginning of the 20th century within the Ottoman Empire as the “Armenian Genocide”, moved the members of the party to express such a position.
It must be noted that previously the leadership of USA strongly avoided to use such a term.
Such an opinion was defined by the political force at the meeting, which was held in Ankara and it was broadcast on the Vatan’s Facebook page, — Crimean department of “The Komsomolskaya” reports.
By the way, one of the TV channels of Turkey presented the map, according to which some regions of Russia and territories of Greece, Armenia, Cyprus and other countries “must be integrated” into the Turkish state by 2050.
