If the situation with the coronavirus infection is stable, then Crimea will be able to host more than 8 million of tourists during the upcoming season. The statement was given by the Chairman of the Committee on Tourism, Resorts and Sport of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Alexei Chernyak.
“This year, Crimea will be able to exceed the rate of 8 million of tourists, if the situation with the coronavirus doesn’t get worse and it will keep the current status”, — Alexei Chernyak thinks.
“The previous year showed that many people of different ages had visited Crimea for the first time ever and we didn’t disappoint them absolutely. As a result, I suppose that many people will come too this season. We can reach these goals even despite the fact that Turkey is available to tourists and some countries of Europe are going to open their borders in April”, — Chernyak concluded.
We will resemble that direct flights will be launched from Kursk and Kaluga to Simferopol soon.
