The Simferopol International Airport was the first air harbor among all airports of Russia, which introduced a possibility of executing and receiving a certificate of an actual status of a flight via the official website. The new service will allow to reduce time of issuance of certificates about delays, cancellations and reschedules of flights.
To use the service, passengers will have to fill in the web-form “Order of certificates”, placed in the “To passengers/Schedule” section, which can be found on the airport’s website, and provide all detailed information. The service can be paid by a credit card. An official response on absence, delays, cancellations or reschedules of direct flights will be sent to an e-mail address specified by a passenger during three days. If necessary, the original document can be delivered by mail.
The “All Airports” company became the technological provider of the new service. Standard arrangements and automated systems of the “All Airports” company, allowing airports to launch sales of any services for passengers in different channels including on their own websites, were used in the implementation of the service.
