Crimea will export its goods to Africa and Latin America

At the conference of young entrepreneurs of Crimea “Export XXI”, the Chief Executive Officer of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Southern Regional Export Support Center” Natalia Serova told reporters that Crimean entrepreneurs would export a number of products to the countries of Africa and Latin America.

“We don’t rest on our laurels. Of course, new directions (of export — editorial note) emerged. We consider Africa and Latin America in this case. For now, we don’t export our production there but we are already preparing. Last week we held an event together with Cuba. We have selected 12 entrepreneurs and many more businessmen will join us later. The mutual cooperation relates to the fields of cosmetics, tourism, information technologies, mobile communication systems and electricity. These are the directions we work up together with Cuba for concluding contracts. As for Nicaragua, products of our shipyard “More” are in demand in that country — it relates to the fishing industry”, — Natalia Serova noticed.

She added that coffee beans will be delivered to Crimea for processing. Crimean companies will roast, grind and blend coffee beans, as well as ship the final production for export.

“This operation is called the inward product processing customs regime”, — Serova explained.
